The main thing is, 'don't worry about it'.. Not sleeping just happens some times..
The more you worry about not sleeping the less likely you are to relax and sleep once you get to bed..
I had insomnia for seven months.. No idea what caused it, or why it went away, but it did.. It made no difference to my working day.. I could have got up and ironed at 2am, only thing that stopped me was waking the family..
This hot weather causes some people to lose sleep..
'All I did was rest and close my eyes'.... According to some doctors, that is really all you need to do..
Have a nice day, and a good nights sleep tonight..Health Question & Answer

drink coffee and try a cat nap for some rest..Mountain Dew.. But that has a lot of sugar and your likely to crash and be not so perky.. However you need to get a good night sleep eventually especially after working for a while..

drink some coffee and make sure to eat a healthy breakfast.. but even if you are not sleeping, some rest is better than none.. i would atleast go and lay down & relax for awhile.. tomorrow night you will probably sleep like a baby..Health Question & Answer

1 word, coffee.. lots and lots of caffeine.. standing up will help you though, it's alot easier to sleep sitting down than standing..
just try to stay as alert as possible..Health Question & Answer
