I'm not sure if my chiro.. used the exact technique, but she used to apply direct pressure to certain trigger points and though it was a bit painful, I did gain more movement and freedom from tight muscles and pain..Health Question & Answer
I have seen a chiropractor who did ART.. I liked when he worked on the muscles in my neck..
At one time my lower back was hurting so bad I couldn't bend over without pain and he had me almost touching my toes at the end of the appointment..
I think that it is great.. Although I quit going to see him because he was too aggressive with the injury to my arm and this particular chiropractor would not listen to me when I said do not adjust me if I don't need it..Health Question & Answer
