Stick a spider in there as well..
Just kidding.. Don't freak out, the eye is actually a lot tougher than it looks.. There's every chance your tears will carry it out without you having to do anything..
If not, warm water should flush it out - it might be helpful to enlist a second person to help..
If there is still no fly, then a doctor or nurse can get it out for you..
