If the nurse puts her finger on the spot where she will inject it for a few seconds, it deadens the nerve a little, and if she pushes the medication in slowly, you will hardly feel it at all.. Usually shots are given up in the fatty area of your butt, and no, you do not have to remove your clothes, just pull your pants down a little so she can get to the spot.. You only pull your pants down a bit but if you're small like me, make sure they pick a good fleshy site, they jabbed my last one in to my bone and it made a horrible bruise..
