Question: Bloody nose...... what is it from.?
haha ok...... i was in bed and finding it hard to breath in 1 nostrel so.... like quite alot of people do.. i tried to get rid of the obstruction in my nose with my finger...... and then...... my nose was pooring out with blood from tht nostrel.. after about 5mins it has stopped.. well for now anyways lol! what causes so much blood to come out from my nose.?Health Question & Answer

The facial area in general bleeds a lot when cut, so the amount may seem shocking while in reality it is just on par with other facial cuts.. also I imagine the blockage you felt might have been clotted blood, keeping a reservoir of blood trapped in your nose.. This can happen when you get a nosebleed and when you "unplug" it then it will look like it bleeds a lot..
Most likely though you just managed to scratch it when you picked at it.. A small scratch can bleed a lot.. Be careful with the inside of your nose for a few days or it might start again.. Nosebleeds happen for lots of reasons, and the nose has a HUGE blood supply, so any injury there bleeds like crazy.. Most of them are one-time things that you don't need to worry about.. If they become common, then it's time to talk to a doctor, but until then, it's just a peculiarity of the nasal passages..
If you have nosebleeds, the best way to stop them is to lean forward while sitting, and blow your nose gently.. This will allow air to get to the site of the bleeding, and start the clotting process..
