There are a few conditions associated with these symptoms.. You could have poor blood circulation, you could be diabetic (I'm not sure of all the signs) and there is a condition related to this called Restless Leg Syndrome, which is this tingling and anxious sensation in your legs and you always have to move them to get the blood circulating
It sounds like your heart isn't pumping all the blood to all your body parts correctly.. Simply go to your doctor to have your pressure checked and take blood test, maybe you have low iron and need vitamins..
