I had horrible mindsplitting headaches 2 days this week, thought my head would blow up.. This morning my throat is raw, have nasty white spots back there and a lil headache and dang am I tired........ what is wrong and how do I fix it.?Health Question & Answer

Yucky! Those are classic signs of strep throat (Streptococcal pharyngitis).. Usually, in addition to all those symptoms, there is an accompanying fever (typically over 100 degrees)..
Since it's bacterial, the best way to take care of it is to visit the doctor, get a rapid strep test (where they stick a long cotton swab down your throat to get a sample from your tonsils), and then, typically, antibiotics and sometimes a painkiller..
