Question: Is this good blood pressure.?
My doctor said i was 116 over like 60 or 70 (i can't remember) .. She didn't really say much so i assumed it was good...... was i right in assuming this.?Health Question & Answer

120/80 used to be the normal, good blood pressure reading.. Now, I think I read that they've lowered those readings.. So, yours sounds really good..

Although 120/80 is regarded as normal and acceptable 116/60 or 116 /70 is much better.. Down to 90/60 is even better but any lower than 90/60 could be low blood pressure.. Above 140/90 is too high and needs treatment..Health Question & Answer
Yeap, the ideal blood pressure is 120/80 but your blood pressure is still within the healthy range.. I got my blood pressure done the other day and it was 110/76 which is still in the healthy range so you're fine :-)Health Question & Answer
