I don't do it every night, but sometimes I do.. We have neighbours who keep their 5 dogs in an aviary and kennel outside in their garden.. They bark nearly all night sometimes, I've been awake lying in bed at 4am waiting for them to stop.. I don't think it would cause any health risks, but I'll watch the question so that I can find out if it's bad to wear them every nightHealth Question & Answer
