Question: Everytime i play some sports i have a hip pain .?!.?!.?
i have a hip pain on my right hip ...... i think its my muscle
but when i play sports i dont feel the pain but when i stop playing i feel the pain..
its happend to me for like 3 years but i dont wanna stop playing sports although i did at one point to let it heal which it did but as soon as i played again i felt the pain

I too have hip pain when playing sports.. You should ALWAYS stretch before and after any sport..
