Question: Best way to fix a pulled muscle.?
i pulled the muscle that goes along the back of your thigh (i think it's called a hamstring) and i'm just wondering the best way to fix it- i have a soccer game in 3 hours and i'm hoping i can get rid of my extremely sore muscle by then! any help is appreciated!Health Question & Answer

Sorry to say but you may have to stay of your feet for a while,I wouldn't push it.. Try putting an ice pack on it if it hurts..Health Question & Answer
