Its only my left hand fingers and it happens everytime I get on the computer......

The tingling is a sign that your nerves in your left hand are being irritated in some way.. Holding your hand in an awkward position (wrist bend down, or up or to the side), or striking the keys with too much force can contribute to the problem.. You want to keep your hands in neutral position.. This also applies to your shoulders.. Don't hunch your shoulder up to do your typing.. Ideally your shoulders are relaxed, you elbows are bent at 90 degrees, you are not reaching for the keyboard
