Do I have some kind of disorder or am I just a really lazy person?!

Question: Do I have some kind of disorder or am I just a really lazy person.?
No matter how much I sleep, I am still sleepy.. It doesn't matter if I sleep 5,9, or 12 hours, I am ALWAYS still tired the next day..

I always feel like I need a nap and I know sometimes too much sleep can make you sleepy, but even when I don't sleep a lot I am still tired..

I take vitamins, and I exercise as well..

Is there some kind of medicine that I could get to help me not be so sleepy EVERY SINGLE MORNING and even during the day.? School is about to start back and I dread having so much trouble getting up every morning..

Or am i just a really lazy person.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
You may well be anemic, depressed, malnourished, or have an illness whose symptoms include constant fatigue..

Don't self-treat this condition.. See your family MD.. Avoid stimulants until you have been medically evaluated, so you won't mask your condition..

As a young lady there are many chemical and hormonal changes in your body right now.. You need to be evaluated properly.. Something is out of balance in your system and you need to find out what it is, and get it corrected before school puts even more stress and strain on you..

Good luck........you are not lazy, but you are also not well........Health Question & Answer

Are you going thru any kind of depression right now of some sort.? Sometimes when we are mentally bogged down, that can cause that.. also BOREDOM!
Other than that, I don;t think lazy has anything to do with it.. That is a term for people who don't want to work, lay around and eat all the time, etc..
I would say start training yourself to sleep 8 hours NO more, NO less.. Do all your normal activity, eventually it will surpass..
