it hurts starting there and straight up my leg and down to about the middle of my knee from that spot.. it feels like the pain is on one long muscle..Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Looks like you hurt one of your quadriceps femoris, that or your sartorius..

If it persists I would get a professional to look at it.. Last thing you need is to injure yourself where you can't ever dance again..

Other than that I as well am not sure what you are wanting to be answered on here..Health Question & Answer

soak in your tub and use a heating pad afterwards.. Stetch it gently while laying in the tub, the hot water will help losen up the muscle so maybe you can work out the knot..

It's just the life of a dancer, Be especially careful of your knees though, I am in my ealry 20's and can barely walk anymore because of how bad my lft knee is.. I pushed myself too hard, if it hurts, sit down, it isn't worth it..Health Question & Answer
