Question: Can't get away from the pain......help please.?
I am starting to feel so hopeless.. For almost two months now i've had off and on dull pains in my right lower side in the front around my hip bone and in the same spot only on the backside.. I've gone from constipation to diarreaha, suffered from bad naseua and freqeunt gas pains.. I've seen the doctor multiple times and have gone for a blood test, ultrasound and am waiting for the results for a occult fecal blood test and am scheduled for a barium enema late next month..
A couple times the pain has been elsewhere, such as under my rib cage and in my lower left side but it is mostly in the right..
I just don't know what to do anymore.. The tests keep coming back clean but I am worried that the pain could develop into somethng more serious.. I don't to be rushed to the emergency room because of appendicits of gall stones or something......
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions.? Please, I am feeling so stressed..Health Question & Answer

You unfortunately need to be patient.. It can be hard to know what is going on.. Ask for a board certified gastroenterologist.. Keep a log what what hurts, when, what you were doing, when you ate, a description of your symptoms.. Keep going to the doctors, making appointments, insisting on follow-up.. Ask for pain control pills.. Ask for the doctor to 'rule out' appendicitis and gallbladder, cystitis and pyelonephritis.. You might find useful information at the following websites.. Be persistent.. Sounds like gallbladder to me.. My Mom suffered for almost 10 years with her before the doctors discovered it- idiots.. She almost died because it was so packed with stones that the xrays wouldn't pick up that her gallbladder would have burst if they wouldn't have finally caught it when they did.. I would mention to check your gallbladder and kidneys for stones..Health Question & Answer
the best thing to do is just wait for your test result without them it's really hard to tell what you have it might be sign's of like starting out to get a tumor there or it might just be normal pain you can randomly get but if it continues tell your doctor if he could send you to a pain clinic so they can help you get unstressed just try and forget about it for awhile think of better stuff and try forgetting about it for awhile but for the moment as they find out what you have its best to go to the pain clinic and relax you don't need to be stressed for something you can't hurry well i hope i helped
