Insomnia. Need new options?!
Question: Insomnia.. Need new options.?
I fall asleep around 11:30pm but then wake up at 3:30 and can't get back to sleep for hours.. I need some new options.. Tried:
chamomile tea - nothing
Valerian- used to work but now nothing
Unisom- didn't do diddly
Advil PM- made it worse- I woke up every hour
Calcium/Magnesium- no change
GABA- nothing
I don't drink any caffeine (no coffee, no soda, etc), I exercise and lead a very healthy lifestyle.. And my thyroid is fine.. I just can't seem to sleep.. ArghHealth Question & Answer
