well i had dance the other night and the combo we did was very hard.. my knee was hurting that night, so i used the RICE technique.. the next morning when i woke up, my whole leg hurt( top of quads down to the knee).. it still hurts when i tighten it and especially when i go down the steps.. it also hurts on the inside of my thigh.. Ice (about 20 minutes a day, possibly twice a day).. and definitely go see a doctor.. I'm a dancer so I know that if you don't get it checked out you could injure it more and have to stop dancing..Health Question & Answer
