It hurts for a second, but not much different than getting the lobes pierced.. Yes, risk of infection is higher, just make sure that you take care of it- keep it clean..Health Question & Answer

i would think so because instead of going through your earlobe where the is no cartlidge you go through cartlidge on top of your ear..Health Question & Answer
