Last night my ear suddenly blocked, sometimes it blocks after a shower but this was like different, yesterday it didn't bleed, but when I used an ear bud there was lots and lots of blood is this bad.? =SHealth Question & Answer

Go to see your doctor ASAP.. You shouldn't mess with your ears, they are too easily damaged.. My doctor told me to NEVER use anything to clean my ears, especially cotton buds, except my own little finger.. Which is why the little finger is called an auriculaire..Health Question & Answer
You may have perforated your eardrum.. You dont need to go to the emergency room unless you are in extreme pain.. But you should definatley have it checked by an Ear Nose Throat specialist (ENT).. But there is no treatment for a perforated eardrum..Health Question & Answer
