i feel off my pourch and brused my arm pretty bad.. and when i move my arm my musle feels like its pulling

Yes......I bruised my shoulder bone and I am in Physical therpy......and I bruised it in a head-on collision in December.. Depending on the severity of the bruise is how long it will take to heal! I would have your doctor order an MRI to make sure......then you will know! Mine was pretty severe so mine still has 2 years to heal! Physical Therepy is the answer
