If you want to train your body clock then you have to go to bed at the same time every night (example 10pm) and set an alarm to wake up at the same time every morning (example 7am) until your body gets used to that body clock.. And if you drink and party, stop.. It messes up your sleeping pattern really bad.. If you lay down and find yourself wanting to get up, don't.. Just try to relax and eventually your body will get used to the time clock your making for it..Health Question & Answer

wow, this sounds just like me, i used to go to bed at 5 in the morning then wake up at 3, nd my sleeping pattern was driving me mad, then my mum was shouting at me and kept on nagging at me to stop doing this, so instead i wake up early in the mornings and do something for the day, you could maybe get a job or something like that, and then u see that by night time you are really tired so you will go to bed quicker and wont have to stay up till 5 in the morningHealth Question & Answer

When you wake up, eat, brush your teeth, etc.., go out and exercise a LOT.. I would reccommend swimming for at least 2 hours.. Get yourself really worn out, and then go to bed at the time when you want to start falling asleep.. You should have no problem falling asleep.. Keep doing this until your body naturally feels tired at that time..Health Question & Answer

Rest your rhythm by getting up very early after a late night, and work your way thru the tiredness.. and go to bed around 11.. works for me.. Peace M..Health Question & Answer
