Question: After surgery on my arm, my hand a wrist still "kill" me......The doc said physical therapy will make it better....

But for me, using my hand is suuuuper painful.. The doc "swears" it will help..

Anyone here have any experience you can tell me about.?

Yes.. Take the physical therapy.. I injured my wrist, took the therapy, and it's fine..
But when I separated my shoulder, I neglected taking therapy, and it still remains painful after a few months time.. I'm going to start therapy on it soon..Health Question & Answer
