I played 4 games this weekend, n took gold in tourney, but i got a leauge game tonight, n im so exhausted any ideas how to get a lil energyHealth Question & Answer

what ever you do DONT EAT A LOT OF SUGAR! eat carbs.. they give you the energy you need to fight through your game! also if you dont have time to take full naps just relax and close your eyes! this is telling the brain that you are tired and it will relax your body and loosen all the tension from your muscles! this is what i do before ballet recitals! also you can try energy bars! they are healthy and they help with the energy level! o and dont drink energy drinks(redbull, monster, ect..) they give you short bursts of energy but then they tire you out just as fast as they give you energy!
