I had this done and I was up and walking hours later.. To lift and stuff like that it is going to be a while but you have to listen to the Dr.. and what he says.. Mine told me a between a week and 2 weeks before I would be back to normal.. Other Dr..s say other things..Health Question & Answer
The general rule is 4-6 weeks recovery until you go back to a heavy lifting job.. If it is an office job, it could possibly be less.. Even though it is less invasive than a normal "cut open" surgery, the body still needs time to heal adequately..Health Question & Answer
