I am pretty sure this is appendicitis.. I'm saying this because on an episode of Life With Derek, Casey had the same symptoms as you.. Like, pretty much exactly.. And she had apendicitis.. I know you are prob afraid to tell, but you really should tell your parents.. If you have appenditicis, it must be treated.. Your appendix is on your right side.. I had mine out when I was 19.. I had really bad pain, felt like I needed to throw up, but couldn't and eventually I couldn't walk upright.. Tell your parents and get to a doctor ASAP.. Is it low down on the right side almost down to your hip.? If so, it may be your appendix (assuming you have not already had it removed)..
If it started mild and has gotten progressively worse and is where I described it, it could well be appendicitis..
See a doctor ASAP..

if its the lower right side of your abdomen, like near your hip bone, its might be your appendix, you should go to a doctor, or better yet the hospital just in case , just to make sure, thats the only thing I can think of.. Hope it helps.... hope its nothing seriousHealth Question & Answer
