arnica gel is always good to reduce bruising, but i dont know if its a good idea to put the gel near your mouth.. i think you can get arnica tablets though.. maybe try themHealth Question & Answer
Ouch! Try Arnica tablets - they will get it moving faster.. also try wiping your lip with Witch Hazel - another one that brings bruises out faster (don't drink it though - it tastes disgusting!!)Health Question & Answer
Take a spoon and put into the freezer and once it freezes put on the bruised area.. It works for hickeys as well ..Health Question & Answer
