The above people are correct.. Never chew or crush and XR/ER medicine.. It is extended released, once its in the liver, it releases medicine at certain times per day..

DO NOT CRUSH THIS!!!! The XR means "extended release" .. This means it's meant to be absorbed SLOWLY into your system.. That drug is basically cocaine with a PG rating.. Crush it and it could lead to an overdose, actually..Health Question & Answer
