Question for people who have been intubated?!

Question: Question for people who have been intubated.?
Did your neck muscles feel like you had been throttled for the next few days.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Not every time, but sometimes, yes.. I guess it depends upon the skill of the person who did it and if they scraped your throat on the way down.. So that is usually inside the throat not in the muscles..
With the neck muscles, I have to wonder if that was actually something to do with how they had her head angled or maybe they moved her incorrectly while she was out to it .?Health Question & Answer

Yes Papa ...... my throat hurt the worse.... one time i had this tube running down my nose..I asked that they take it out....but they never did.. My mom was there with me and i got PO'd so mad that i told her i was taking it out my self.. U know what i got hold of it and pulled it out myself.. This is the truth....I pulled a little at a time till i had the chore done and never got fussed about it either....Health Question & Answer
