I think you should get one of those things where you can hold it your lap still, but its not on your lap.. Anyways i would not keep it on your lap all the time.. Do you have particularly big balls.? Quite possibly larger ones will be more affected by heat and weight..
You could buy a small fan and direct the flow to your crotch..
Personally I would switch to a lightweight laptop and avoid pornographic websites and any that might mention radiation..
