Question: Everytime I go to an amusement park, i try to go to sleep or close my eyes that night and i get sick and dizzy
What is this.? I've had it as long as i can remember and sometimes it lasts days, but usually it's only for one night..
Is there any way to prevent it.? It's extremely uncomfortable and slightly worrying..Health Question & Answer

Answers:
It's the fluids in your ears still swirling around..
What makes you dizzy is when the fluids in your ears are disturbed.. It takes a while for the fluids to calm down back to normal - it's why people on boats get motion sickness and still have it on shore for their touring day..
You can prevent motion sickness at amusement parks by taking non-drowsy motions sickness medicine like Scopace
or Dramamine or Bonine.. SOme homeopath practitioners recommend eating ginger to prevent nausea..
And don't worry - it's normal.. I get it too.. I even get it when I go skiing - when I am in bed afterward I still feel like I'm on the chairlift!Health Question & Answer

It's perfectly normal and should be expected.. Some people are more effected than others.. Avoid riding the wildest rollercoasters if it bothers you too much..Health Question & Answer
