How can i get my sleeping schedule back on track?!


Question: How can i get my sleeping schedule back on track.?
i usually wake up a 2pm and go to sleep at 4am i want it to stop but i cant ......can u help me get my sleeping schedule back.?Health Question & Answer


Answers:
One thing you can try is to get up in the morning and not go back to bed before evening.. It helps if you have someone who wakes you nicely and encourages you to get up.. Do that until you have a regular sleeping pattern..
Or, instead of going to sleep at 4am, stay up until the next evening.. Even though you will be very tired, you might not be able to sleep right away, then just continue with the first suggestion.. Get up at a regular time in the morning and wait til night to sleep again.. Eventually, it won't take long, you'll get caught up..Health Question & Answer

I have the EXACT SAME PROBLEM.. I go to sleep at 5am, and wake up at 12pm..

So here's what you should do (and I'm doing this to):
Pull of an all-nighter: Don't go to sleep for one full night, and don't sleep during the day.. So now, you can go to sleep at whatever time you want to..

It's 2:47 am here......I have to pull off an all nighter!! It's kind of hard.. You're going to be VERY sleepy during the day.. Keep your self busy all day, and DON'T FALL ASLEEP.. Here are some tips so you can stay awake
-go outside with friends (during the day time)
-listen to fast music (like Rihanna-Disturbia) Or something you can move your arms and head to
-dance to some music
