Most Eastern countries have different eating habits.. There is the same conditions but not as publicized as in the US.. The other populations don't eat as we do, smaller meals more frequent..
But our situation isn't only due to eating to much and exercising less.. Do you know that sleep deprovation is a huge part of the problem.? Stress & anxiety are also factors.. We are so busy running from here to there, this meeting to that, we forget to fuel our internal machines until it's too late and our bodies have already started creating fat reserves..
