Take 3 Ibuprophin, and use a heating pad, prefrably one that is a steam heating pad.. Use the heating pad for at least 20 minutes so the heat can penatrate to the muscles.. You can also relax in a tub of water as warm as you can stand it for about 20 min.. also try to stretch those muscles..Health Question & Answer

Been there.. Tylenol PM Should help you sleep tonight.. I like the back patches like the bengay patch.. Only deal with it for a couple days though, if it doesn't get better see your doctor..Health Question & Answer
