Question: My eyes are feeling really sore because......
i have been trying to use contacts and fitting them in but i dont succeed! anyway is there any ways i can stop sore eyes.? dont say cucucumber cos i havent got one at home :( any help would be very appreciated...... :) xHealth Question & Answer

I would stop using contacts and wear glasses.. It isn't worth the pain.. I find sleeping helps pain, but I don't have a scientific reason why sorry..

you say that u have contacts lenses.. your eyes mabey get dry really easily.. go to the optitioan and get these scatches to make your eyes watery enough to put your contacts in.. if that is not work use eye drops from the optitions (spelticts on your eyes)

Use eye drops...... and keep your contacts out for a few hours/days.. Try to avoid going outside if its windy..Health Question & Answer
