My ankle hurts really badly!

Question: My ankle hurts really badly

My ankle started hurting really badly today and I don't know why.. It hurts alot when I move it around almost as if I'm stretching something inside of the ankle to far when I move it around and side to side.. I have a scratch on my foot but I don't think that has anything to do with it..It doesn't really look swollen but it still hurts and it is a little red.. What do you think this is and what can I do for it.?Health Question & Answer
