Why do my calves hurt?!


Question: Why do my calves hurt.?
Both of them started to hurt two days ago, and I run daily, so they are being annoying and I can't put too much weight on them.. i can walk fine with little pain...... But when I run it's painful.. Can it be a blood clot .? I mean I never had this pain.. Could it be I strained something while running.?Health Question & Answer

Eat Bananas, stretch before running and after.. replace electrolites with a good sports drink with low sodium.. And see a doctor regularly.. Account for age and family history of high blood pressure and heart problems..Health Question & Answer
