What is strawberry tongue?!

Question: What is strawberry tongue.?
My daughter (age 10) has had a urine infection and has been on antibiotics (trimethoprim) since Sunday.. Yesterday she started complaining about her tongue.. It has lots of little red dots on it and looks like a strawberry! All I can find on-line is stuff about Scarlet fever (which I am fairly sure she doesn't have!) She says it feels a bit swollen although I can't see any visible difference.. Any ideas.?.?Health Question & Answer

This could be just be a symptom of the medication.. also definitely go to th doctors for them to check it out as my mum is in hospital at the moment as she had a urine infection and the medication didn't fight it so she then got a kidney infection from the urine infection which seeped into her blood so now she has a blood infection like Sepsis(septicemia)..Health Question & Answer
