Don't take sleeping pills...... It may work now, but later in life, it does more harm.. Try to stick with more natural ways to fall asleep..
A great way to help you fall asleep is to have about a 30 or more minute workout in the mornings.. If your brave try yoga, it is a very relaxing way to start your day and will help you relax when its time to fall asleep..
Try warming yourself up a nice glass of milk.. The warm milk will surely put you to a nice steady sleep because the milk turns into serotonin once it is digested and serotonin is believed to play an important role as a neurotransmitter, in the modulation of sleep, mood, and appetite..
Listen to soothing instrumental music, or those waterfall noises or whatever you get now..
Deliberately yawn, It fools your mind, causing it to issue orders for real ones..
Meditate..
Use a lavender scent.. Research shows that the scent of lavender eases anxiety and insomnia.. Use pure lavender essential oil.. Sprinkle a few drops on a piece of tissue and tuck it under your pillow, or use an aromatherapy diffuser..

ok well im 14
and i have the same trouble as you
the doctor gave me some pills called melatonin
it is bassicaly a chemical in your brain that makes you tired
there all natural..
you can buy them over the counter
and even you can take them
but dont take to many
i did and i became immune to them
so if you can take one an hour or an hour and a half before bed, and by the time you go lay down you will be really tired
these are great and i really reccomend them

Have someone give you a massage..
Don't eat a big meal before bed..
Get enough exercise so that you are physically tired..
