Question: So at 5:30am I fell down 3 steps carrying a watering can for my garden, bird food, and a dog with leash......
I landed on the left side of my face and my left shoulder hit the ground before my face did.. As I kneeled to get up a large pole that was leaning on my stairs ( my husband was susposed to install this antique dinnerbell) konked me in the head.. I have had a throbbing headache and sensitivity to light and slept from 6:00am until 10:00am and then 11:00am until 5:00pm.. My head still hurts but their is little to no swelling and my winner husband says it is probably only a mild concussion and I do not need to spend money going to the Dr.. What do you all think I should do as my neck is now starting to hurt as well.. Hospital or Dr.. office in morning.? I know my husband is a butt and if I could leave him I would so we will not worry about that as I am more concerned with my dome piece at the current moment.. Plus I already know he is missing a few bricks from the hay shack.. LOL :) Just a note my dog did look suspicious but since I barely remember the fall I can not blame him.. Health Question & Answer

Got the doctor, anyway, particularly if you continue have symptoms.. If they get worse or you notice other problems, get to the emergency room..

omg you should go to the emergency room now..Not seeing anyone could lead to other problems in the future..Ill be praying that you get better but please take my advice..Health Question & Answer
I would be checked just to make sure.. A head injury is serious.. I fell down my steps and I went on to the ER.. I didn't break anything but I was so sore & stiff for a week.. I felt like I'd been hit by a truck.. I'm glad I went to the ER, they gave me some meds and I really needed them.. Over the counter stuff didn't help at all.. Since you got hit in the head, you should be checked out just to make sure.. Hope you feel better soon..Health Question & Answer
