My alarm clock that's on the other side of the room.. I put it on really loud so that it annoys me and I have to get up and turn it off.. Then I don't have the feeling to go back to sleep because I had to get up.. Or sometimes when I don't use my alarm ill use my phone and ill put a ringtone on it and I wake up because I think someone is calling me.. And that makes me wake up..
