Hello, I took my Picolax t 8am this morning and it is now 12..30 and I have had NO effects from my Picolax, apart from it making me feel poorly and sick when I first drank it...... It says 3 hours...... Anyone know whats going on.?Health Question & Answer

The question is why you are taking it.? If you are going in for a colonoscopy and your bowls are not moving yet, call the doctor's office and ask for more information..
