Question: My throat and my head hurts.. I constantly have this problem everyday.. I have to drinks lots of water to help....
My throat and my head hurts.. I constantly have this problem everyday.. I have to drinks lots of water to help stop the irritating pain..

I don't know how to describe it.. also, sometimes I lose my voice, or it slightly dims out and I can't talk very loud.. I have absolutely no idea what to do about this, or what it is..

If someone could point me in the right direction as apposed to stopping this, then please far be it from me to stop you..Health Question & Answer

if it is constant then it might be a good idea to look into food allergies, If you have them your body spends time making antibodies against your food , so when you get a virus you have a weakened immune system.. then what do we do we continue to eat the food causing the problem , My seven year old had this chronically , We went threw five bouts of antibiotics in four months before we discovered it was allergies to about 27 foods .. Since we have changed his diet there has been no problems .. also you can create an allergy to something you never felt you were allergic to .. You could have heartburn.. The acid can go up your throat and you might not even feel it in your chest.. You can get headaches from it..
Your sinus could also be bothering you and giving you postnasal drip..

It could be your thyroid..
