Blister protection help?!


Question: Blister protection help.?
I am a cross country runner and am experiencing terrible blisters right now.. Someone recommended Spenco's 2nd Skin, does is work well to soothe the pain.? Do you have any other recommendations.?Health Question & Answer

The best thing for it is duct tape.. I know it sounds odd but it will stay on and provide more protection than any liquid skin or bandage..

I am an avid back packer and runner...... I get lots of blisters.. I always use some duct tape and it works really well..Health Question & Answer
