Question: Even when you have a sprain does it always swell up.?
Cause I always sprain my ankle but I not sure if it's serious.. I can sprain my ankle really easy but I'm not sure why.?Health Question & Answer

If it's the same ankle every time, it's probably because you've repeatedly hurt it, so it has increasingly become weaker, or you could have very weak ligaments at the ankle.. I would do a lot of strengthening exercises (writing the alphabet with you foot, ankle weights, etc) to make that joint stronger..Health Question & Answer
ur must have really weak ankles! wear braces and during exercise warp it with athletic tape!Health Question & Answer
