The pain seems like a growing pain but x10.. I can't get it to stop.. I woke up to my leg having spasms, trying to shake away the pain.. I have already taken a Motrin but it has worked yet.. What do I do.?Health Question & Answer

Hon, you could be lacking potassium.. Try eating a banana, drinking a glass or two of orange juice or eating spinach (if you have any available).. I would also keep an eye on this, if you do not find any relief in a few hours please call your doctor.. Spasms that severe without clear cause need to be examined further.. Hope this helps..
