As a recovered drug user I believe Tylenol 3 has Codeine in it.. It is one of the natural Opiates and is basically like morphine.. It basically blocks the pain receptors from sensing the pain and causes general numbness.. Its pretty weak when it comes to helping pain.. It doesnt really work for me but everyones different.. Try fiorinal with codeine it has something in it that makes the codeine stronger.. I like vicodin personally..
