Hit my toe on side of bedpost!
Question: Hit my toe on side of bedpost
i hit one of my toes real hard on the bedpost and my toe bended and started hurting real bad.. last night i put ice cubes on it to reduce swelling but it still kinda hurts.. it didnt change colors but my toe is throbbing really bad and i can barely bend my toe when i walk.. i even tried 2 put on some shoes and it hurt my toe when i put the whole shoe on.. what should i do.?.?Health Question & Answer

did u put icce cubs rite after u hit ur toes r was it sumtime later.?.?
anyway get som "diclo" combination gel n apply it a little bit vigorosly on t area(LITTLE BIT) N c if u can shed sum IR light on it..

I`ve had this problem before and it took a while to heal.. Is your toe really sowllen.? If it is, you better get x-ray done.. Otherwise, give yourself about a week, it`ll start getting better.. Dont move much, coz it`ll start hurting.. Health Question & Answer
