My mom had a physical therapist give her a deer corn bag....if u know someone that sews then that would help......do it with like five 2 inch sections....like 6-8 inches long....they are easy to make....u can then microwave it for how ever hot u want it....or u can even freeze it....It really helps alot....

get a sock fill it with rice (not cooked rice) tie the end put it in the microwave for about 60 sec and your good to go.. you can reheat as much as you need..
