It's near the top on the right hand side..
It's ok if I sit up very straight with my back against something, but otherwise it hurts..
It hurts more when I breath..
Is it muscular or in my lungs.?

You should go to the doctor or the emergency room.. It could be kidney stones, gall stones, or a pulled muscle.. At any rate, you should get it checked out just to be sure it isn't something serious.. You may need a muscle relaxant.. please check it out..Health Question & Answer
