For my worst pain I use breathing exercises mixed with brain exercises.. I breathe deeply and go through a complex song in my head note for note....and if I get a note wrong I start over.. It has to be a relaxing song.. Last time I used 'Cantelope Island'.. Worked like a charm..Health Question & Answer
